Phase II owners should be smiling as their Condo/Villa buildings start taking shape. A 4th floor buyer was saying a few weeks ago, "I can now see my rebar swinging with the wind". Well by the end of June that rebar is going to be nothing but solid concrete columns singing in the wind! (Sounds like beginning lyrics for a new Infinity Bay CD). Many Phase II buyers have been visiting this past month, and we appreciate your peaked interest. Please report progress back to other buyers through our networking list. Our general contractor, Grupo Vela, will be making substantial orders of product these next months, as once building structures are in place the installation of roof trusses, windows, plumbing, and electrical build-outs will follow quickly.

Our boat taxi captain loves to fire up our new 32 foot boat taxi. We had a few guests make trips to West End. Sales manager Tommy Bauer put people together for a 1st class boat excursion, taking time out to watch flying dolphins at Anthony's Key Resort while boat cruising & jamming to Caribbean tunes. They also found time to stop off at a few of our favorite boat bar-hopping watering holes for some colds ones. Tommy you have all the FUN!! This is going to be another addition to Infinity Bay offering the highest of quality service — and fun! Guests and owners can purchase boat taxi passes at the Palapa Bar or Resort reception front desk starting in about two weeks.

The new kitchen is open and comments on increased quality of food have been nice to hear. Our Chefs have also stepped up order processing time and have greatly reduced the wait for food orders.

Roatan's Sixth Annual Triathlon was a success this year, and Infinity Bay had many guests from this event. We have spoken to Triathlon organizers about being host sponsor next year. Runners from all over the world came, which gives significant exposure to the island and West Bay Beach. Also High season will begin June 11th, and we are seeing increased reservation activity.

Phase I owners can now login to their specific Condo/Villa and see what is happening with reservations. If you are a Phase I owner and do not have your log-in and password information, please contact us so we can get this information to you. Also, IRM (Internet Reservation Module) is up and running. A few owners plus new guests have booked their next stay by using IRM services. IRM immensely enhances Infinity Bay's presence on the web for those interested in making online reservations.
