Wow!! What a Summer. This place is really rockin with excitement as all ten of the Phase II buildings have reached their full height. Views are looking great from all over Infinity Bay. The roof joists are in place on buildings 6 through 9, and soon will be on buildings 15 through 20. Our general contractor is planning on being dried in by the end of October. We have already ordered many furniture pieces and in the next 60 days will begin processing orders for beds, appliances, lighting fixtures and other interior finish items. Phase II owners - this dream is almost a reality and when your Condo/Villa is completed you will know it was well worth the wait to own a piece of Caribbean Paradise!!

We would like to thank Vernon Albert and his incredible vision for the entrance and parking landscape for the resort. The rock wall is quite impressive and guests are amazed to see it as they enter their new-found Paradise. Thousands of man-hours have been invested in making this the starting point of what will be a spectacular Infinity Bay Resort entrance in the near future. (Vernon must have some Egyptian descendents).

In the next 45 days we will be entertaining our neighboring Salvadorians who start their nations vacationing in early August. In September Honduras will be celebrating their national Independence. We are looking forward to increased occupancy and additional exposure, which was not available to Infinity Bay last year.

A huge warm welcome is in place for our new resort manager Davide Petri. Davide began working at Infinity on July 21st and we're already seeing positive changes, which will affect the Resort's future. Davide is challenged to make this Infinity Bay the best in quality and guest services. He has been in the resort business for much of his life opening many new resorts, and with his professional knowledge is addressing working efficiencies, cost containment, increased occupancy, and implementation of marketing techniques to provide the greatest exposure for Infinity Bay. And of course, the biggest priority is and always will be to provide the ultimate guest experience.

In the next few weeks we should be providing all Phase I owners their initial Property Management Report for period ending June 2008. We appreciate your patience, and will be explaining in as much detail as possible the report once received. Much of the delay was in setting up the software, which will provide for more timely reporting in the future. For those Phase I owners who provided input regarding the sharing system it was very helpful, with many good points and suggestions offered.

We invite you to visit our Guest comments section on Infinity's web site. Many visiting guest have decided to write very complimentary reviews, which will substantially enhance our marketing efforts.

If you are planning on visiting during the upcoming holiday season this year we expect high occupancy, so please make your reservations early as many guests have already began booking for late December through New Years! New Years?? 2009?? Time flies when you're having fun in Paradise!!
