Terms & Conditions
- Check-in time: 3 pm; Check-out time: 11 am.
- Rates are subject to change.
- Family Child Policy: Children under 2 stay free with an accompanied adult.
- Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
- Extra Adult: USD 50.00 plus tax for an extra person per night
- Crib: USD 10.00 plus taxes per night
- Service Charge: 10%
- No Smoking allowed inside the rooms
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policies:
- 75% refundable: If the cancellation is made a minimum of 21 days before your arrival date.
- 50% refundable: If the cancellation is made between 20 to 14 days from the arrival date.
- 0% refundable: If the cancellation is made between 13 to 1 day before the arrival date, with the flexibility of making a change of date in the next 12 months.
Deposit / Payment Policy – a deposit of 50% is due at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance will be required at check-in.
Important information –
- Some exclusions may apply. Certain periods or special events with specific restrictions are outlined. Please refer to your specific reservation or promotion.
- Individual reservations other than group may take up to 90 days from the date of cancellation for the refund to be processed. Refunds from Honduras typically require more procedures.
- The same rate and/or promotion may not be available based on when you reschedule.
